I like a girl and we flirted and I'm kinda popular 30 people at work and friends keep stalking my profile and are all jealous of me. it's really frustrating

So was flirting with this girl and my friend spotted it and he got involved and she gave him attention too so I just stopped flirting and backed off

What's the best way to deal with this?

I'm really into the girl but all these people keep watching and blocking
