What's the best place for a first date?

Coffee shop or a bar / pub / tavern

Restaurant or fast food / pizzeria etc

City park

Zoo

I never liked the idea of going to a restaurant for a date, until my date & I tried to find the location and couldn't find it. When we did, we had to wait outside for a while. Lead to a lot of laughter, a really nice conversation, and some very considerate moments. I think the person you're going on a date with matters more than the location.

A park would be nice because it’s quiet, yet there are people around. A restaurant is also okay as long as it isn’t too loud.

I want to be able to hear the person I’m with on a first date because that’s when I’m really getting to know him.

Coffee. It’s easy for both people to dip without it being awakard. A first date at a movie if it’s not going the best it’s hard to leave for a long time. Same with eating at a restaurant

I don't date because I am not interested in dating. However, if I had to date, then any place with a large crowd would be a good place for a date. It offers protection to women when other people are around, just in case the man decides to go ahead with becoming to up close and personal.

A movie is not a good place because it is too dark and others cannot really see if something is happening to that woman.

The gym is the worst possible place because most people pay to go to the gym and if I pay for something, I want to maximize the investment and not be idle.

As for the library, it is empty too often and does not represent a safe harbor for a woman.

Best would be either the park, the zoo or some kind of eatery.

Most important, it has to be during daytime of course.
