Who cares. He said he's not in love with you. You think people in love don't argue. You think that stops them from loving.
It sounds to me he's using your feelings against you to try to control your behavior. If that was to me by a woman I would say, I don't like so much that I'm going to completely change who I am. So either accept it or f*** off. There are 8 billion people in the world. In that respect you are not special.
He has his own issues and blames you for stuff. Did he say what issues you have?
