I want to have a nose job done, but the prices exceed my budget, I have seen a girl do a lot of things such as housing, food, surgery in Turkey with a very low amount, in the best way. A lot of people do their surgeries out of the country. Some people warn of possible corruption making some places give you a terrible job, but otherwise there's like a similar rate of success here and away for the same price. Have good trustworthy social links and information in the destination country if you can. You don't want to become dismembered organs on the black market you know.

No, your nose is probably fine; and Turkey plastic surgery is not as good. Watch a few episodes of botched and you will see plenty of people who went to other countries to get cheaper plastic surgery and ended up having to get it corrected at full price.
