Why not? He's not a criminal, he hasn't cheated and he's not dangerous. Today it's not uncommon to be married or at least live together, but then split.

Good to know. Yeah common story, she went on a business trip, found out from her family friend of all people that she was cheating on me. I take loyalty very seriously but I wanted to try counseling, turned out she was still talking to him so I was done.

To make it worse we are mid 20’s and the guy she was/is sleeping with now is 60’s. But he’s loaded, sad how some people can cover up their true self for years.
