hi guys ( sorry English is not my first lang ) so there's this guy who I've been friends with for years now won't go into detail but we are seeing where things go as he said he likes me , he's very bad at communicating , a month ago we talked about how much he wants to love me and vice versa , i was skeptic as i have trust issues , so for 3 weeks he had ghosted me and i was very confused. I message him if he's okay thinking maybe something happened , i know for sure i made no mistake , we've been okay vibes were all good and he's just responded now with yeah im good. Im confused. has anyone had anything like this?

I mean there could be many many reasons if you know about him and his life and what's going on in his life you could kind of put it together but I guess you don't see anything like that so you're worried

I have been through the same thing I've done the same thing and it's because I've been caught up in trying to work really quick. To make money as fast as I could and I should have probably told the girl this but I didn't I mean I just did my thing because I only had a certain amount of time to do it and your burnt out every day every night and you should really be getting a hold of her that you don't because you know you're going to get caught up in a conversation and it's going to be long because you want it to be long but you're too tired and just I mean all kinds of stuff and then next thing you know it's been a week to two weeks in the past and you're going damn. And you're trying to apologize and she's not buying it because it sounds like bullshit. But it's not but in a way it is because you could have at least sent a text message and you know this and you feel bad and just I mean things just happen sometimes and it's not that he just likes you probably if that's the case I mean I don't know I'm just telling you what has happened to me before and it sucks because nobody else understands that you must but he's going through is what I mean and you have to do what you have to do because there's only moments that you can do this and do it for so long because then you have to get back to your main responsibility of what you were doing I don't know I know you don't know what I'm talking about but anyway yeah there could be many reasons why he's doing what he did but I mean don't judge him for it and don't just give up on them yet if he's doing something stupid he'll do it again and again and again and he'll end up just walking away probably but you have to just be patient on stuff like this maybe or say hey if this is what you're doing just text me and let me know you're okay

I get that you have trust issues, and with good reason if he's pulling crap like that. It's super confusing and hurtful when someone just disappears on you like that. And then he comes back acting like nothing happened? Not okay.

My advice would be to really think about whether this guy is worth the drama and uncertainty. If he can't step up and be a real partner, then you might be better off moving on, even though it sucks. You deserve someone who's gonna treat you right, you know? Don't settle for less than that.
