Why do people look down on single people?

Who knows probably because they're unhappy maybe because they want everybody to be as unhappy as them because they're in a relationship and they're together and they can't be like you and go out and do whatever you want to do and that you want to do it so they have to make you feel bad about it LOL

No I have no idea I guess it's just who they are I've never experienced that before and I wouldn't care if I did or not I would just look at them and smile hey when I'm ready I'll be ready that's all there is to it don't judge me or if you do go for it but smile when you say it LOL

In life you should always look up to something but unfortunately in this world some people look down & look down at people as well. As for being single some people look down at that but on the other hand some people look up to you because you have total freedom.

The reality is both single and taken people want to believe their situation is the best to justify the choices they make.

I am not sure if they do. If anyone should be looked be down to these days, it is the over 40s or even worse, the over 50s. So many are hanging onto the fantasy that it should be 1950 all over again.

What's the point of being better than someone if you can't look down on the people you're better than?

I think that all depends on the people perception of life, not everyone views of what is better is the same.., for example, people could think having more money is better than someone, or how good looking they are.. meanwhile people think characteristics is better.

But thinking you are better than someone and looking down at others is simply arrogant.

Yeah, but let's be honest. It's human nature. Give a person a life changing amount of money, make some beautiful/handsome beyond words, or give them a massive amount of followers. And they will consider themselves above most.

That’s why it’s treasure to me to find people that are not superficial and materialistic. Those are rare and down to earth human beings to me.
