What are the chances that guy will change his mind after rejecting someone?

So usually I go to office in plain tshirt and pants, but since I've heard that his type is girly, I've changed my style into dress and heels also put on some light make up.

Before the changes, he rejected me and asked to remain friends. To be honest, I kinda hope he will see me in different light and maybe think of me differently.

I’m so sorry but that is just desperate, there’s no easy way to put it. This dude rejected you and yet you’re willing to alter your appearance in hopes that he’ll change his mind? Like that just so sad girl, I know you’re older but don’t do that. It could have nothing to do with your clothing anyway and you just aren’t his type, he could even have another woman he’s seeing. Pick a guy who wants you for who you are, not someone you’ve got to turn yourself inside out for in hopes of even being an option one day. He’d only pity how changed yourself for him to maybe pick you, not find it sexy.

It's not impossible and maybe a new look you can be enough to flip that around BUT those who think men are only interested in looks are in for a lot of heartache.

Men do act on appearance BUT if acted upon they can be much different.
