What makes men come back to you?

Last year I had 3 dates with this very handsome older man, and we drifted away after I didn’t go home with him after third date. It’s been a year, I met him once accidentally while on a date with another man and then after a few months he showed up in my dms consistently asking me to meet up and even invited me to Thailand for a trip… I didn’t go of course, but I was wondering why did he come back after all this time? I felt rejected a year ago and moved on, now I no longer feel interested, I do enjoy the fact that the man who I truly liked is still interested in me, but I lost interest long ago. Why’d he back now? I don’t even reply his dms anymore.

See that's one of the sad things about men I don't care how old they are women are smarter and much more mature no matter how old they are younger or older than the man because they have goals they have dreams they know what they want they're not only know it but they feel it and they become it they've dreamed about it all their life and that's the way they want their life to be

I guess I should have said this first but when they have something or they think they have something they believe that they will always have that because that's their ego trip with themselves and most men successful men I think they can have anything that they want when they want it and most can it won't be exactly what they want but close and that's all they care about because it's an ego trip now the first paragraph should go right here what I said LOL

But if you were to go back with him it would have eventually go right back to where it was because it's all like a status of who he is and what he looks like and all this stuff when he's with other people I honestly think you did the right thing I honestly think that time wise when he came back into your life would have been the time that you would have been walking out of his life if you would have stayed with him if you understand that

And if you understand that no matter what in life there's two sides to everything I don't mean in an argument or anything like that there's two ways of everything..

And if you pay attention to your life these are the things that happened

After what happens the other will happen or it's a simultaneously thing that is happening that you have right wrong good bad positive negative love hate God devil you can't have one without the other so your timing was just right in a roundabout way that's why everything going to happen the way it happened but anyway it's like you can't succeed without failure there's going to be both in your life but you walked away at the right time for your reason whatever that might be I believe you did the right thing timing is everything because there's no such thing but anyway I'm not even going to go there LOL

But to answer your question then come back because they can't get anybody else or

they have something to prove to themselves that they could do what they want when they want to no matter what they're doing and he's going to show you LOL

It's like the guy that cheats on his wife and says all kinds of cuss words to her as he's leaving and a month down the road the girl that he cheated with the girl that he's with actually finds out who he truly is in life and in himself and she says get out

So he has to leave and the only place that he can go is back to the ex-wife because he knows that she's the only one that put up with his s*** before so he wants that again and if women knew that and understood that they would not give him the time today

But it's all ego basically or because he wants something that he can't have so he has to prove it to him so I saw one of your other questions it says why do as a guy say he's proud of you well I don't even know you're not proud of you because of this because I know for a fact that timings everything you would have been splitting up at the same time that he just came back into your life you would stay with him because there's two sides to everything

He is back because it’s convenient for him , so you did the right thing by not giving him another chance. If you did give him another chance , he would just be blowing smoke up your ass just so he could possibly get you into bed and have sex with you , if he got what he wanted from you , he more than likely would disappear on you again. So you dodged a bullet by not falling into his trap. Because When a guy really likes a girls and wants to be with her for the long haul , he doesn’t disappear period , he stands by her side and makes her his priority , not a convenience. So I don’t care how handsome he is to you , he is clearly a player that only thinks about what is best for himself. Run the other way girl

Frankly, the combo of manners, looks and humor has always worked for me. Some guys have called me “magnetically charismatic” but I think that just means that some internal and external aspect is appealing to them. I also have a hard edge to me which I THOUGHT would be a turnoff or at least a deterrent, but apparently it’s not. It makes the guy smile and be more responsive. (Sigh. What’s a girl to do?)

It’s not super complicated and not really something a girl should overthink. Guys just like what they like and when they see it they come back. And if they see other guys like it they come around even if it’s just out of curiosity.
