Meh... I mean he should be able to hold his own and be comfortable (not dependent on parents/relatives/friends/me) for his financial future... and I should be the same. I don't like financially needy/dependent guys. Does he need to be rolling in the green? Nah.

I care about if he's somewhat stable, has a job (or reasonable income I guess) and can take care of his own budget and lifestyle without going bankrupt or be in debt.

I'm responsible with my money, I would like to date someone that is as well.

Never gave it any thought at all. My husband was unemployed when I met him, and I couldn't have cared any less. I could see how driven he was to succeed as a person, and that is all that counts.
