My boyfriend was ATF before he moved into corporate security. He still has buddies in the bureau. Funny thing is that when he learned I was local LEO he didn’t want to date me at first, he didn’t like local police lol.

I only exist because my dad was bold enough to dare my mom who was in the military and would go on to have a 30 year career there
My uncle, her brother, was a cop


So yeah I would date women in uniform I was raised by one and turned out just fine
It’s just a job if that’s how you treat it


Some people make the mistake of making their job their entire personality
Someone like that I couldn’t date no matter what they did for a living

I'm not American, however the equivalent of me dating a strong personality woman probably doesn't really appeal to me because I'm always a realist that, I'm a humble personality. I'm not a strong personality, yet neither do I seek that out in a woman to complimentary me either 😐✋🏻😋👀

@ItsJill now that said, some guys will want a strong woman persona. Other guys won't want a strong woman persona. Other genders will want other standards even or the strong agent you speak of. However for me, im glad I know myself, to then know what I know, as much as the dating shows and the television shows where even the jockey woman says to the humble average guy "my personality would be too strong for ya" and the guy at the end of the camera said "I respect her insight and I'll take her word she's right, it's a no to a second date politely* awww
