Would you date a security guard?

Question

I was browsing Facebook today, and on the "people you might know" there was my first ever girlfriend (now ex for obvious reasons). I checked her profile out of curiosity and saw she's been working as a mall cop for some years now (and covered herself in rather "military" tattoos).

From what I know working in private security is not a cakewalk, depending on the assignment you have long shifts even days like Christmas or New Year.

Yes because I use to work in security as well for a lot of years , I have dated female security guards before so her job really has nothing to do with who she is as a person , Some can be attractive and some not so attractive depending on how she presents herself , Especially if she acts Dominate like a man , that’s a turn off to me , but if she is feminine and acts more like a girl , I would date her for sure. I dated a female security guard that was my coworker , her and I hit it off and she was beautiful to my eyes , things were great between us for awhile until I found out she was married and cheating on her husband with me , so that was the end of that shit , she apologized and said she was sorry and we stayed friends’ I still talk to her here and there , but I distance myself from her husband and sadly he doesn’t know what she did behind his back , so I just stay out of it because I still like her as a friend , Part of her wants to still be with me but I told her only if she divorces her husband if not , then no way am I going to continue being a home wrecker , she was great in bed but I want no parts of that shit. Plus she has a daughter as well so another reason I no longer fuck her

Yes I would.

Private security is nothing special and they have no more authority than any private citizen.

I worked for Allied Universal for a bit after the military, both armed and unarmed posts. Literally all they do is make rounds, check on some things, watch cameras and call the cops if anything happens. Most of the time we are not even allowed to detain anyone should they want to leave. We cannot lay hands on anyone unless in direct self-defense. Also, armed security guards have more liability on them in a use of force than a police or corrections officer.

The sole advantage of a security guard is an extra set of eyes.

Yes I would. As a matter of fact the girl I’m a 15 years later worked w me for a security company. The only thing that throws me off about your ex is all the tats. To me that’s too masculine. If she’s got a small tattoo on her wrist or ankle, maybe her waist ok nothing to extreme about that. But you said she converted herself in military tattoos makes me think she would be a handful.
