I've been seeing this guy weekly since the day I met. Recently I asked him to be mine. I went his place later that week for dinner. He cooked, we drank (not drunk), I kicked his ass when played video games. We sat on his sofa as he rubbed me feet. He jokingly said "your pretty okay." And followed up by looking me in the eyes and saying 'I'll be your boyfriend" I teasingly told him "don't say things you don't mean." And didn't say anything just kept rubbing my feet.

I still see him weekly. He spent Valentine's day with me. Is it safe to say he's mine? Been out of the dating game but ur girl is confused.

Please refrain from the negativity. Sometimes people overthink things, namely me! My cousin says he isn't mine but she's never been a fan of me being in relationship, so...

"MINE" is relative. He says he's your guy and acts like your guy then he's your guy. Got it? Don't make yourself crazy.

Do you mean "Are we in an exclusive relationship? Will this lead to a permanent relationship?" Ask him. What do you want? Marriage? Children? What does he want? Do you know? If not, it's past time for you to find out.

I know he wants marriage, as well as kids. We talked about that the same night he yes. I know he hasn't been talking to anyone else since we met, he made that very clear, and the same goes for me. We both sat together and deleted dating profiles expect for one of mine that he agreed I should keep.
Dude I'm just an over thinker and don't want him to be like "um, I already said 'yes', you idiot!" Or "why'd you wait so long for verification bozo?"

Did you talk about a timeline for marriage and children? Just saying "Yes, I want those things too." Is pretty easy. You should have a decision date -- either you are planning a wedding or you are leaving. Don't be the woman who waits years for a proposal that is never coming.

You asked him to be yours and he just didn't respond? Then, he says he will be your boyfriend and you just laughed it off?

Have an actual conversation with him and ask.

He didn't respond immediately. We're both why people. When I said "I want you to me be mine" he seemed shocked and asked "you want me?" I mean that was kinda the point of going out on dates for several months... So I told him he should think about it and what it would mean.
