It does but it should take time there are obviously extremes but I am shocked at how fast two people who barely know one another become so trusting of one another until it ends in disaster. Then it happens to people too many times until they go to the other extreme of never trusting someone and sabotaging any long term relationship.

People have to earn one another’s trust you shouldn’t trust someone you have literally just met. That’s why there is a whole dating phase to see if you’re even compatible in the first number of dates as well as building a genuine bond and connection. But many people are just wanting to have sex or date for the hell of it. Until they get too deep into things.
