Does my friend have a crush on the guy I'm seeing?

I recently met a guy who wanted to take me on a date. The guy was really nice and kind but I haven't been dating anyone in a long time because of some reasons so I was hesitant but then my best friend saw the guy and she seemed truly impressed and she convinced me to go on a date with him. She kept saying he was so handsome, so attractive, it would be stupid to reject him etc. And I just found it cute the way she was encouraging me to get out of my comfort zone. So I went on a date with him, it was great, then second one and third one. Once we were hanging out together with him and my friends. This friend of mine being so friendly and warm. I was just happy that they were welcoming him that night but it got weird quickly. The girl was talking to only him, always sitting next to him, was so touchy, laughing so hard to his jokes and at some point I found this creepy. Because I have never seen her like that. Am I being jealous or should I be careful?
