Before I just thinked about him as a friend, now as a crush. What to do?

I don’t believe you are in love with this guy, otherwise you still wouldn’t be with your boyfriend. I think you are in love with the feelings and interactions because they are something new and exciting. Perhaps it’s time for you and your boyfriend to experience something new within your relationship; maybe an adventure or something that excites the both of you.
Any time you start having a wandering eye for someone else I think it shows there’s something lacking in your relationship. You should figure out why you aren’t fully content and in the mean time hang around his friend less. To even consider there has been flirting means you are heading down a path that can land you in mistakes you can’t take back. Don’t let it get to that point and do the right thing now, it’s a guilt you never want to live with.
