Also side question, what if he has huge hands and you have tiny ones and when you walk while holding hands it's weird because he has so much of palm left, like what do you do?

Okay when I say boring what I really mean is like, I'm stroking it and it's there and I become conscious about it, what do you do? What do guys want? If its just palm to palm holding, it gets too hot, so then what else can one do? What do you guys do that your partner has complimented or mentioned that they like it when you do that? Give me some suggestions?

I can't help you with your giant hands question. Hand holding can be not boring, but mundane. It can also be extremely intimate. It depends on the context. Generally, I'm a fan. What I'm not a fan of is excessive hand holding. So really it depends. It's got its place though.

There is one thing that I can tell you. You are overthinking this in the extreme. You do not need to worry about this. You will need to communicate as time goes by, but this is not something you can mess up. If his hand is too hot, don't hold it that way. I've had many times a girlfriend hold my hand for a minute, then let go say sweaty. I say yeap. Sorry. And we keep walking.

The handholdng that came to mind for me was in private. As opposed to walking around everywhere holding hands. Sometimes that's fine, but too much... not for me.

He is just as nervous as you are. Whatever he said he liked... I'm sure he did. But he really means he likes you. it's YOU that gives the handholding any value. It should only be done naturally comfortably... and if you both are feeling it. Some people never hold hands. I don't often, but my hands are all worked-in.

Relax and enjoy your time together. Do whatever comes naturally. Handholding and otherwise. Also I'm not holding hands in the freaking car

So to be honest, here's my experience of handholding. At the begining of a relationship, if you're all honeymoon phase goofy and giggly, then handholding is great. But it shouldn't require any thought. really. Your question brought back some intimate moments of handholding... but in specific contexts when it was meaningful.

It's not something that feels "good" in any way different from how it feels for you. You don't need to hold his hand all the time, and if it feels awkward for you, it feels the same for him. You can also communicate. Of all the questions in the whole world...
