I have been talking to this guy for two months, we had an icecream date and both said we would like to see each other again. But it’s been a month, we talk everyday. He is back at uni as of a couple weeks ago and he only really messages in the morning or at night. We have both asked to hangout a couple times but had conflicting timetables. I’m more free but he has uni and work. Is he losing interest because he doesn’t talk as often as he did before uni? He will still call me cute and ask about my day but it feels like if I asked him to hangout he might say no?

Yeah, I get that it's a tricky situation. It sounds like he's still making an effort to talk to you and show that he cares, which is a good sign.
The busy schedule with uni and work is definitely a factor here. Guys can be kinda oblivious sometimes, you know? He might not realize how his reduced availability is making you feel.
I think your idea of suggesting a specific time to hang out is a good one. That takes the pressure off him having to figure out the plans. And if he still can't make it work, try not to take it personally. He's probably just got a lot on his plate right now.
The important thing is that he's still checking in with you and being sweet. As long as that's happening, I wouldn't assume he's losing interest. Guys can be slow to make moves sometimes, but that doesn't mean he's not into you.
My advice would be to keep being patient and understanding. Keep the communication open, and don't be afraid to express how you're feeling. But also try not to overthink it too much. If he's putting in the effort, even if it's not as much as before, that's a good sign.
Hang in there, I'm sure it'll all work out! Dudes can be confusing, but as long as he's still showing he cares, I reckon you're doing alright.
Morning and evenings are when he reaches out. That is just his new normal while attending classes during the day is all. Ask him when he is free to meet and try to make it work on your end. I don’t believe he is losing interest. Just busy during the day is all. It happens.
Yes. If he saw you last month and doesn’t want to schedule another date then he’s just being nice
If you asked him to hangout and he said no, what would happen then?
