I am so confused by your update. Why would he do that? That seems really odd.
I can't tell you what he's thinking. I can remind you that you can always ask him to stop (and you should. This guy clearly needs to be told. He doesn't get it.)
This week, I keep running into these little new things I've never ever heard of before. This is one of them.
