How can I help my sister?

My sister is obsessed with this band on Instagram she has a crush on the bass player. She's worried he might not like her because she's older she has feelings for him he's 21 she's 32 she wants to talk to him she's really shy she's doesn't hardly talk to her followers except her friend. She said she can't stop looking at him he's so adorable she has major feelings for him she doesn't know what to do. She said people on Instagram don't like her she's been bullied a lot around this time she got into this band she lost her friends because some idiot went around spreading lies about her making her followers who are still young and stupid enough to believe it they don't talk to her anymore she said this band saved her she's their biggest fan they really helped her a lot through the rough times like that she also said he's been through a lot himself she just wants to be there for him help him out since she knows what it's like to go through that she's too shy to talk to him or anyone she doesn't really trust anyone except her best friend. Like I said she has strong feelings for this guy even though he's 12 years younger than her at first I thought she just had a celebrity crush now she seems to be getting more serious about him since he's younger she doesn't wanna scare him it seems like the poor guy has been through a lot he'll probably be happy to know someone loves him this much he's also shy like she is she watched his Livestream she said he barely talked if he did he talked pretty low like her. If they do end up together they be the perfect couple since they're both quite it be like they were meant for each other. She's autistic she doesn't talk she can when she wants to most days she has a hard time finding her voice like a lot of girls she prefers texting over calls anyway. How can I help her get the courage to talk to him? You think he would go out with someone older like her? How can she confess her feelings without making him uncomfortable?

This is all so confusing. First let me ask why it is any over your concern to help your sister date a guy? Are you going to go on the date too and talk for her? I get that helping family is a thing and most people... if not the majority... will go out of the way to do so. That said I dont know if any that do it for dating or at least at the level of concern you seem to have. What is confusing to me is that this seems to be an internet crush. Does this band exist in your area or are they from far away or even another country? Do you realize bands typically travel for shows? How is that going to factor in the dating? This just doesn't seem like a good idea or fit from how you describe your sister.
