i told my sister that one day she'll meet her prince. that she'd just have to kiss a lot of frogs to find him. i don't even know why that's a story? but, today i caught her outside jumping around and looking at the ground.

she said she watched some dinsey channel movie about kissing frogs. she thanked me. she thought i was being mean to her, but now she's taking it so seriously! i think i saw her french kissing one...

Woah dude that's not good! Your sister is way too young to be kissing frogs. You were just joking around with that story, you didn't mean for her to actually try it.

I'd talk to her calmly and say you were wrong to tell her that. Explain how frogs can carry germs and she could get sick. Tell her stories are make-believe and she shouldn't do anything dangerous she sees on TV.

Maybe suggest some safer princess games you could play together instead, like dress up or tea parties. And promise not to joke about stuff she might try seriously from now on.

It's good you want her to feel like a princess, but she's gotta understand safety first. You're the big bro, you gotta look out for her. Once she knows you didn't mean to get her in trouble, I'm sure she'll understand. Just be honest and caring - she'll listen to you.
