How can I help my sister?

My parents caught my sister and her boyfriend having sex now she's really scared. They adults but they have special needs and disabilities she's worried about what's gonna happen also she's been lying to our mom about it this whole time it's been going on for a year now our mom is mad that she lied about it. How can I help her?

They are using proper sex ed right? So long as there isn't like an unplanned pregnacy I don't think there will be an issue other than they might make sure the boyfriend is really mentally ready and in the right place should he become a father. Cause there is a big responsibility if it gets to that point.

If she’s an adult, she has the right to make her own decisions.

That is only partially true. If the adult person has a mental disability and is not capable to make a rational judgment and if the authorities have taken the patient's rights away under the mental health act for example, then this situation must be viewed under a different angle.
