Like I’m not gonna lie, but I think I am feminine in some ways because in my culture it’s beaten out of me growing up to not become somewhat of a toxic male (I’m Mexican). And the women in my culture also became more masculine. Like I know so many women who think making money and being a “boss babe,” will get you a high profile man. I also been seeing it a lot on social media, of women talking about men like how men used to talk about women. Like them saying they would let a certain attractive man hit it “raw.” Even back when I was single, I had a woman shame me for thinking I was some kind of male “S-lut.” And so many women now play men like some sort of sleeping spree. Even I think my current girlfriend is masculine in a lot of ways too. Like she treats me like a trophy wife in a way. And would act distant like a man used to, and here I am being the clingy one instead. She would also tell me what to do sometimes, and she would catch herself being demanding sometimes (like a bit controlling). And while it’s flattering to be treated like a valuable piece of work, I really don’t like that we’re like this now because of society. It’s just sad and weird. I don’t like being feminine in some ways.

I'm down with women becoming doctors, engineers, scientists, and maybe even firefighters if they can fireman lift people out of burning buildings. We need all the talent we can get.
But I think you gotta step it up a bit as a guy. It might be biological. Like pay for your first date, at least.
Decide where to go, don't say, "I'm cool going wherever you want to go." Unless you're talking about a very rare type of woman, and even rarer if she stays that way, she doesn't want that.
You have to lead as a man in my book. The world doesn't give us these options. It'd be relaxing if it didn't. I'm more a natural-born follower or loner than a leader. I like to work in my corner and I don't like delegating and managing. But I had to learn to lead as a man and now a husband.
You don't have to devote your entire day to it. You just have to step up.
And I never found these "boss babes" a threat. They're tamable. Actually they become a woman really quickly with the right approach, and start trusting you to make decisions for the two of you as long as you listen to her and make her feel listened.

It's a trust thing. Maybe it's harder these days and maybe you're overwhelmed by these "alpha male" types. But it's not so complicated. If you feel like the bitch in the relationship, step it up but not by demand. Earn her trust, don't demand it.
Show her life is simpler under your leadership. That she has nothing to worry about. We'll all become followers if we had such a leader.
You don't have to become a dictator. You can become an assertive listener. - 10 d
We get it, who's your omega? Tell me.

İ would rather be a toxic male instead of a sissy.
İt is better to be hated for what you are instead of being likes for something you are not, i am a Man, i don't want your love, i don't want your respect, only thing i want from you is knowing your place against me, go demanding on me and you will see that i am the worst bitch you could ever imagine about being. Yap yap yap, we get it you don't wipe. Now go be a useful male and grab me a beer.

@Vampirelover_12 wipe? İs that suppose to be a slang? İ'm not a native, i don't get your slangs every time, but for the second part, usefull? What am i? A tool? Objects are meant to be useful not humans. Also i would rather Stan myself with that beer bottle instead.

You see, drinking beer is a womanly thing. Your fragile male brains don't get it. You men only drink margaritas and wine. They're delicate and dainty, perfect for a man.
You see, men were made to serve women and not not be toxic. If they weren't, why weren't they both with the ability to give birth? - 7 d
@Vampirelover_12 girl, you have issues, no seriously, i don't even know why are you trying to turn the tables here, if this is a social message thing don't bother, no one gives a shit about that.

I'm not gay. I just want a man who knows how to not be a skank. How to be a subservient husband. Who knows how to care for a child.
- 4 d
@Vampirelover_12 caring for a child is not the same as being a subservient hub, he can be the best father ever but he wouldn't give a damn about the chores, those 2 things has no relation to each other and what you want is a slave, try your luck with cuckolds or sissies they will be glad to do your errands but expecting service from a normal dude is just bargaining your body.

No. It's catering to my role as a woman
- 4 d
@Vampirelover_12 when did catering to your role as a woman became the Man of the house?
- 3 d
Ever since the beginning. But you masculists wanted to vote, ever since then women have had to deal with the nagging about rights.
- 13 d
It's almost like gender roles / what is and isn't masculine/feminine is made up by people and varies from culture to culture. It's not like men have female hormones and women have male hormones or anything 🙃

I see literally nothing wrong with it if that's who the person genuinely wants to be and not forced by society or the media.
Forcing women to be masculine and men to be feminine is equally as bad as forcing women to be feminine and men to be masculine.
Forcing a bunch of different people of the same gender to adhere to the exact same gender roles (be it same sex or opposite sex) just simply isn't fair. People have different interests beyond their "assigned" gender.
Feminine men are the ones who have it the roughest of all, though. Masculine women are at least respected as like "fun tomboys" or "cool butches." While feminine men basically boil down to "pussy." Even within the gay men community nobody wants feminine men, which is ironic since the gay man stereotype is them being feminine.
It's not fair at all and I don't personally agree with it, but that's how society views feminine men.

Honestly, I'm not thrilled about it. It doesn't seem to be making people happy, and that's really my main concern. If women were doing great and everyone's mental health was amazing, and children were happy and healthy; I'd being fine with men becoming more feminized.
That doesn't seem to be what's happening though.
What's actually happening is that women are more professionally successful, but their mental health is in the crapper. Children are depressed. Men are killing themselves. Everyone is on a friggin SSRI, No one has heroes. It's just chaos.
I think it's pretty clear that society (women, especially) needs men to be men.

This topic is so meta on this platform, I'm sorry if your story is genuine but I can't treat it seriously. Not anymore. To me, that topic irreversibly turned into satirical humor made by the community for the community.

Social media and feminist groups like “me too” are creating a disconnect bwt men and women. Most of blame goes towards feminist groups. They cry of women not having freedom. That’s wrong because they do in America. It’s just playing victim to gain attention. So go tty living in the Middle East. You definitely won’t have freedom there

@beefcakebradybatson he’s gotten votes from women… sadly but true

Twenty-one percent of black males (eight percent of black females) voted for him.
