My boss and I are engaged, will people at work treat me any differently when I'm her husband?

We were dating for quite a while before she asked me to marry her, I said yes because I want her to be my wife. While we were just dating, some at work made fun of me for it, while others seemingly walked eggshells around me.

You probably won't notice much difference. If you've already been dating, it'll just be the same people walking on eggshells. The ones teasing you will find it less fun as your relationship becomes an engagement... because there's no jokes about marrying the boss... that don't apply way more to "dating the boss"

Possibly. Sounds like a very reversed-role sort of relationship, which will probably yield more "whipped" commentary. It's unlikely folks will be intimidated by a guy who lets a girl make all the moves for him.
