My husbands best friend is his female boss. He tells her everything about our marriage, kids, etc. Should I be concerned?

They work together 6-7 days a week. He spends more time w her than me because of being at work. They take breaks by themselves away from other coworkers, they text outside of work. They both tell each other all their personal problems. I seen a text my husband sent her that said she was so awesome and how lucky her husband was to have her.
Me and my husband have 3 kids and have been married for 6 years. We were having problems so we split up last fall but got back together two months ago. He never knew this girl before we split up. It just really bothers me how close they are. He was supposed to be changing shifts at work but he dont even mention it anymore. Think he would rather work w his "boss" than spend more time w me.

I. would never go tell another man stuff about my marriage. I just dont think its right. At times i feel like im overreacting but then again i really feel that my husband have taken this relationship w her out of bounds by far.

would you be ok with your spouses best friend be of the opposite sex?

I'm just wondering how do you treat your husband and would like to get more info on the relationship.
you don't have to answer all these questions to me just think to your self. sorry if some are a bit personal.

When you ask questions about how his day went are those questions about how he feels and do you try to understand those feelings or do you hound him about things you think he should be doing better? also do you listen to him when he talks?

Do you have respect for him as a fellow human being and lover or do you treat him like a work horse and nag at him when he doesn't obey? Also does he have respect for you?
How much work are either of you doing for the relationship you both share?

Do you enjoy spending time together? when you two are talking to each other or just sitting across from one another are you and him looking at the other person or through them?

now about your children. do they feel something is going on? do you and your husband play and hang out with them? do you or your husband know their favorite things?

the reason I asked some of these questions is he may be going to his work friend for emotional support as men do have feelings and if they are not getting any understanding at home they can go to a friend it just happens that this friend is a female employer. With that said a lot of places will not allow anyone dating in a manager/employee situation so I don't think you would have to worry about that.

Work things out but he totally refused. So its really aggravating that he tells her everything. We got back together in May and since then I've discovered how close they are.

We spend a lot of time w our kids and we even go out by ourselves once a week usually. We get along really well. We talk a lot about our daily lives, work etc. No i do not nag at him. We usually see eye to eye on everything... except this girl.

it's good that you two seem to be getting along and stuff. personally I think it's okay for a guy to have a female friend as many men find it hard to talk about personal things to other guys. how well do you know this woman he's talking to? have you met her?

Hi well first of guys can be stupid but the biggest thing is guys like to brag about the best things in there lives so he could be telling her how much he loves you and your kids and he could be complementing her because she is very nice and comparing her to you that's why they hang out at work because they are both married what I can recommend though is if you want ask your husband to have a date night and have a baby sitter or your parents to watch the kids. Then get to know them but if is coming home at weird hours then you might have to worry.

I have. He says there's nothing to worry about but while we were seperated he talked about her a lot. It really bothers me that he tells our personal life to someone who dont even know me. He has a brother, sister and several male friends he could talk to instead.
