Do dating app scam victims deserve it?

Plenty of people (mostly loser men) get scammed on dating apps by swiping on profiles with out of their league pics. If those people stayed in their lane they wouldn't have gotten scammed, so should they have any recourse when it seems that self inflicted?

It happens a lot to girls too. They’re called romance scams. And no one deserves to be scammed.

I feel bad for female scam victims, but males are generally in privileged positions and the scammers are usually desperate and trying to to make a living

Well, you’re not wrong about male privilege, but I still hate to see anybody scammed. Especially since some of the victims are socially awkward nerds.

Socially awkward nerds murder women by the boat load. There was just an attack this week.

That’s crazy. I know a lot of socially awkward nerds of all genders and none of them are violent incels.
