My child father has been charged with domestic violence towards me where he choke me and spit in my face so I'm not comfortable about it

Let him clearly explain himself, since only 3 months it means child is back to you.

If so, makes sense to ask and know what are these 3 months for.
Being flexibly cautious, as in unless you explain.. you don't get him. Common sense to me.

As long as he’s keeping you informed on what’s going on I don’t see why it’s an issue. And that he isn’t mistreating the child
