I have a strict check list but it's actually pretty small.

1. Make me feel loved.

2. Make me feel valued.

3. We have fun together.

4. We support each other.

5. less than five bed partners but I say this for good reason. in my opinion anyone who treats sex as an activity and not an act of love has I high likelihood of cheating. More than one sexual partner is normal but to me more than four is a red flag because studies have shown that the more partners you have the harder it gets to form deeper connections. Every time you give yourself to someone different you lose a little bit of your ability to love someone and become more dethatched. in my opinion you shouldn't be having sex with someone you don't love and trust fully so to me if you've had more than four partners I'm pretty sure you didn't love all of them and likely didn't love most or any. Sex is for love not for fun and it's a responsibility not a right. This is part of why the dating scene has gone to complete shit.

I have always been single but to answer your question hypothetically.

For me standards are utmost important, standards both in terms of physical and personality wise. Hence yes strict standards with a checklist that fits me best.
