I had a moment when I was super attracted to a guy, and then all of that attraction vanished once I heard him expressing how low he thinks of women... and how "all women are this and that..."

Well, low opinions of women when you ARE one he's dating is seriously awful..

Mine is rather basic. Guy kept trying to ask me out in college, poor thing, and he had bad breath and body odor! He was from another country, and I attributed that fact to his problems. And this didn't "kill" my attraction to him. It meant I couldn't be attracted to him, period.

There was another guy more recently who I was trying to get to know, but he felt that the fact that I liked a lively back and forth as my being argumentative, which I am to a degree. But what's wrong with friendly arguing! So that didn't work.. FOR HIM. He didn't want witty, challenging repartee' and I do.

Someone being married is an instant death knell to any further attraction as a potential partner. Not going to be a side chick. People have all kinds of marital "arrangements". I don't want to be involved in any arrangement of that sort.

SO there's those reasons. Personality conflicts, ethical conflicts, hygiene issues. These are basics. If you don't line up in these simple areas, you won't work out.

This is kind of tame in comparison to the others, but one of my girlfriends when I was in high school used to roll her eyes back whenever I was doing anything foreplay/sexual with her.

At first I just couldn't look at her in the face while I was doing things to her, but after a while it just got to me so badly I had to end things.

I don't know why it bugged me so much looking back on it now, but back then it just creeped me out so much.

As for the biggest “ick” it happened a few years ago at the grocery store. As for me I’m a single guy & from time to time I bump into some hotties. At the grocery store I was pushing my shopping cart & I crossed paths with a lovely & I mean lovely lady. A few aisles later we bumped into each other again & I smiled & said hello & she said hello as we passed each other. On my way to the register I passed her & I smiled again & she smiled & her fucked up teeth ruined everything. I put my head down & walked away.

A girl I was sort of interested in; we were supposed to have a group hang out AS FRIENDS... everybody dropped last minute and didn't tell anyone (especially me, who planned it)... so I ended up with her (one on one). We decide to still hang out.

She starts telling me (I don't know how we got on the subject) that she had cheated with a (ex?) friend's boyfriend behind the friend's back. She only felt "sort of" sorry for doing it, but admitted "he was HOT, and she was a ugly fat b*$%h..." and she'd do it again if a similar situation ever came up again. As a self professed Christian girl, trying to give the image of someone who is faithful, that's not a good flex. I was trying to give her "an out," but no. Didn't seem the least bit sad or remorseful or embarrassed. Just excused the behavior.

There are other stories about her showing an ugly side, but that was the big one for me.

Last year I dated this girl a few times. We hit it off and got along well for like the first few dates. On the fourth date i went to kiss her goodnight and she said something like "woah, were you not going to ask me first?". I was like okay, fair enough. My bad.

Later after the guy tossed her aside for another woman she tried to come back to me and I told her not interested.
