Cause they’re cute and playful. The only reason I decided not to have one is the because most people have this idiotic attitude about it that if you’re a single woman and have a cat that you’re an old cat lady, and as much as I don’t care what others think, they will still think in this and it makes me gross out because it sticks, you become what others perceive you as. It’s likely mostly leftist people who came up with the old cat lady idea thing. I’m not even right wing, but I can say I view the left as the most ignorant bunch. There’s propaganda on both sides and in every country, but the left love to consume it in the daily, crave more for it and then go and distribute it repeating to everywhere 🥴🤮

This just made me laugh so hard. I don't think that's why. But to be honest this has never occurred to me before. But no... I can't say that I think this is why there's a stereotype that women love cats. On rare occasions sexism is legitimately funny. This is one of those rare instances. But the answer is "no."

Sort of. They have similar temperaments. Affectionate one minute, indifferent the next. It probably feels familiar to a woman.
