I have a 17-year-old coworker (I’m 20), and it’s obvious she’s into me. The age of consent is 16 here. When we first met, I could tell right away. The next day, she asked for my number, and I gave it to her. Now we talk at work, and she’s pretty flirty and playful. She texts me sometimes and even called me right after a shift — before I had even left the parking lot. It’s clear she wants something more from me. I’m wondering if I should go along with it, or if that would be wrong.
