Some do this but not women who have a genuine attraction to someone. Not someone smart at least… Because it usually results in the guy she has feelings for assuming she’s move on so they loose interest. While also getting someone she’s not attracted to believing she is attracted so they get attached.

Guess what? Many men do this as well there are people out there feeding their egos by eliciting validation from the opposite to the extreme of leading people on without any intention of it going anywhere because it feels good. Even people in committed relationships.

To answer your question obviously some women do this and dudes too try to make someone jealous. Guess what? A healthy person will see someone flirting with other people as a sign that obviously they aren’t that into me it’s time to move on. The only people they get reactions from is mentally ill dudes and they find this out pretty fast as well as lead someone on to also become interested who they aren’t into.

It’s all mentally ill games and even if someone’s doing that she isn’t worth the time or energy. If she’s invested she will invest in you and if she’s mentally healthy if she sees you as not interested she will eventually move on. Not play weird games.
