Not to me. A lot of my dresses are like that. It's rare I have a dress or blouse that doesn't show off the girls a bit. I think I read from some guru that said if you are going on a date, show off a little skin but not too much. So if you show off the cleavage, then don't show too much leg, but if you want to show off the leg or legs then don't show off the top part of your body too much.

Then maybe show legs instead of cleavage next time. I've never really had that problem though I'm not that big either. I'm a C cup so maybe that's why I don't have an issue with it.
