I have been dating this for a about a month. A week ago he ghosted me for two days then ended up messaging me to apologise and say that he just got freaked out by how fast we'd been going and had developed feelings for each other develop. Now lately he is becoming inconsistent with what he says vs his actions. He said he misses me but never tried to make a plan to see me.
(His name), I’ll be honest with you, I really like you and want to keep seeing where this goes. But I need to feel that the effort I’m putting in is being matched. I just want to feel like we’re both equally invested. I want to see you, I need to see you. This can't go anywhere if we’re not spending real time together. I’m not looking for a texting buddy; I want a connection that includes actual time together and physical intimacy. That matters to me. If you’re on the same page, let’s make that happen.

No! Don’t send this. Guys don’t respond to stuff like this like you think they will. It never goes in your favor anyway. Instead, simply match his effort. Don’t reach out when the ball is in his court. Just ghost him or be inconsistent back. It’s actions (or lack thereof) that is what will get his attention, way more than that paragraph ever will. If he says something about your flaky energy, just say “Well it just seemed like you weren’t very interested.” Boom. He’ll get the picture.
Never go back to someone who ghosted you, they will do the same thing in the future.
Judging by his behavior it seems he isn't even single on first place, he is inconsistent because his attention divide between u and his current girlfriend/wife
I'm fairly certain he does not have a girlfriend or wife, I've met a few of his friends and family, who when I was alone with them both mentioned that he likes me.
