Only the ones who want to harm you. The ones who can’t take no for a answer and aren’t the ones you want that or players who see you as a challenge. Those are the ones who pursue.

I think this is bad advice to give out in general. And have genuinely come to hate the advice as well as when people give it out.


1 because when someone tells you this it comes off as if they are trying to limit you or bring you down to there sense of reality and that your belief that you can make something happen is out your reach and will never happen. That’s essentially what someone means when they say that.


2. What great innovation was ever achieved by being quote on quote realistic everything is impossible someone until someone takes that leap and does something that changes that status quo.


Same in dating there are many girls out there who could be said they are dating a guy way under them or guys dating girls quote on quote out there league.


Well clear she wasn’t out of his league if they are together I’ve been trying for a while to get this girls attention she is beautiful makes way more money then me has status too but I worked hard and am still working hard and might have an opportunity to get that chance finally.


All cause I whole heartedly from day one believed I could get there even though no one else believed in me.


Don’t listen to those who would have you stray from your path in the name of realism it’s just a way to keep you stagnant and complacent not just in dating but in all walks of life.

Depends on the woman really. Many people are telling you what THEY are wanting as well so it may not work for someone else.

I want to agree, but I'm to the point that I strongly believe women don't even know what they want.

I can tell you I want x, y, & z out of a woman and you know I meant exactly what I said, if you said what you want I would take your word for it. Women on the other hand... with every statement they make I have to subconsciously insert the words "feel" at the beginning of their statement and add "right now" at the end. What they want isn't even set in stone. So if a statement from a woman is "I want a nice man," I'm going to translate it to "I feel like I want a nice man right now." Plus, she will say that shit and in reality she's hooking up with anything but what she said she wants.

I can tell you most people men or women don’t really know what they want until they find it. People can also change what they’re looking for people can change and become less superficial or they can become worse. But not just that other things too.

But I don’t think MOST women intentionally lie about what they’re looking for. Maybe the ones who are superficial and materialistic who want to save face maybe they won’t be honest.

But men do this too so again ir depends on the woman where people sleep with one type of person and want to marry another. Just like men sleep with degenerate sluts but want to marry a virgin. There is a such thing as romantic and sexual attraction. Someone can be very sexuallly attracted to someone but have zero genuine romantic interest. Women can do this too

But do I think it’s normal to not know exactly what you’re wanting? Yeah absolutely. All men and women are different.

Some people too date one type of person for years. Those relationships fail and they eventually start looking for something else.
