My mate playing games risking me to getting hurt and my time wasted.

Nothing anymore, i've been through/lived every experience/possible scenario... So instead of getting a massive list of Negativity and questioning, i rather stay Single... is soo... Good, Quiet, Peaceful...

The fact that no woman is really in it for something lasting. Sure she'll date you. She probably even sleep with you. But you're just a space filler for her. And she'll never tell you that, till she's found your replacement.
