I say you don't touch me then he says well you don't touch me. We've been at it for a year... so i touch him we have sex... but nothing has led to sex in the past 3 months because I stopped touching him. What's going on?

So... you are both claiming that the other person is not trying and you are both reluctant to try because the other one is not.

Do you see the issue? You're both at fault. Oh he is too! He's not innocent. But you're just as guilty.

The simple fix is that you tell him a stranger online, that's me, just ordered you both to set up a date night. No matter if you are tired or not you both dress up, make yourself pretty and then go out and do something you enjoy. Movies, dinner, climbing, parachuting, whatever floats it for you.

Relationships need constant investment. Being the only one that does feels shitty. You are entitled to feel bad about this. You are both in a downward spiral and those need an active effort to break. But the fix really is to adamantly agree to invest again and then do it. Don't lead with sex though. Lead with spending time, dates, etc.
