Why can't i feel anything during physical things or kisses, and why do i overthink sooo much, do i actually love him...

It’s hard to say not knowing you some people have different love languages but if you don’t feel there is a connection. Don’t waste your time and especially don’t waste his. Even if the truth hurts hiding it will hurt worse in the long run.

I am not sure if I know the answer exactly, but I would say think about whether you like him or if he’s just a good boyfriend/person? Think about the beginning of the relationship, did you feel butterflies? Were you and are you excited to see him? If you have been in previous relationships, did you feel the same about them? Are you just nervous? Maybe you like him a lot and are just really nervous and are too much in your head? These are some things I would think about before I make any big decisions.

Of course, relationships are complicated, she is clearly unhappy with the fact that she doesn’t feel anything during physical intimacy, even kissing.
