Whats oldest a woman can be and still be considered a 10?

Well if your baking it on physical looks alone it will depend how long a woman's looks hold up. I could give celebrity examples like Eva Green, Kate Beckinsale, Salmya Hyak, scarlet Johansen and others who are in their 40s and 50s that many consider to be a 10 but maybe they are the exception not the rule and if they are a 10 now does that mean the were a 15 out of 10 in their teens?

A girl can't remain young forever but she can extend her youth with good living, if you look at old photos women in their mid twenties look like they were in their mid 40s.
