It depends. If it’s a first date or a special occasion then sure. If we’re dating regularly, though, I don’t expect some bouquet every time you’re at the door. I’d much rather have extra time with you.

Not on the first date. (I'm more of a "split the check, each go our own ways after the first date, even if it went well" type, so I don't really want gifts early on. Mostly because I don't want a guy to feel bad about spending time, money, energy, etc when I may not even like him to begin with.)
