You never prepare for it. You're not hiring someone, so you can't be that specific. But your question is valid.

The trick is to make her introduce herself. Take a deep dive into her personality, what she likes, dislikes, what are her hobbies etc. And then pick one of the things that you believe you would be able to hold a good conversation with her about and then ask her about it. Since she likes that, and has mentioned that herself, she'll be glad to talk about it and that's how you stretch out the conversations with your date. When you'll listen with genuine interest, she'll feel heard and so connected with you.

In the future dates, when you have established a good connection with her, she'll start telling you about her past trauma or vulnerabilities and then you would need ask carefully about them to let her feel comfortable sharing and once she does, she will feel secure and closer.

So, you can see that there's not a specific list of questions, they are personalized. But there's definitely a 'way' of asking questions that makes or breaks it for you.

Ask who they voted for in the last presidential election and for them to give at least 5 reasons why they chose that candidate.

That can reveal a lot about them and how compatible we may or may not be for long term.

Also, ask if she has kids, any contact with any ex, did drugs in her past, drinks alcohol, has tattoos, and to see her social media on the first date (before she has the chance to change it or create a new fake/more presentable one.)

A date is not an interview.

You didn't apply to a job listing for "boyfriend to gal x" even though you did have to post your bio and all your business on a random app for all to assess and judge.

Further, gal x did not get all gussied up in order to take a pop quiz on your dates. Please refrain from behavior that will make your companion feel like she is on an interview.

Having said this, usually it's important to keep any discussion points very light... have a focal point relating to where you are taking gal x. Refrain from asking about past relationships, parents, children, religion or politics... all mojo killers. Focus on asking questions that are TASTEFUL and help to build the mojo and allow the gal x to feel that a second date is desirable.

I don't date and have no plans to do so but if I was forced to date for whatever reason, those would be my very first questions I would ask:

1. Do you have a criminal record?

2. Do you do drugs, smoke, gamble?

3. Are you addicted to something such as porn or do you or have you ever consumed pornographic content?

4. Do you manipulate your body to induce spasms and muscular contractions?

Those would be the very first questions I would ask and there would not be a second date if any of the answers is "yes".

Of course, the date will answer with no but I trust my 6th. sense and I have a pretty good knowledge of microexpressions to know if the person lies or not.

At the slightest hint that the date lies, the date would be over.
