I have zero data outside my own experience but from what I've seen, a lot of the younger women who try to date me can be pretty aggressive about it. Like not taking no for an answer. Same goes for married women trying to get with me. There are recurring themes.

Yeah, money and status. They don't know what I'm worth. But they pick up on my clothes and the fact that other people defer to me / treat me differently.
A lot of younger women 20-35 have been treated really badly by men their age who have failed to mature into healthy adult personalities. An older guy can seem to have it all together. Successful. Calm, not volatile. Respectful. Thoughtful. Doesn't rattle easily. A guy like that is appealing to someone who has dealt with a long line of broke man babies who can't handle even the little things in life. The older man has been vetted by life and passed the test of time.
Same with married women 35-50. They married a nice guy. Because he was what was available at a moment in time. But she never really respected him. And he managed to live down to her expectations. He's a wimp. He's not that smart. He hasn't been very successful in his career. She puts him down in front of friends. She walks all over him. And he doesn't stand up for himself. To top it all off, the guy isn't even interesting. He doesn't have any accomplishments. The sex is vanilla. And every day is the same.
And then these women meet me. Older but in good shape. Tall, fit, smart, well dressed, well groomed, well educated, well spoken with an adult vocabulary. Accomplished. Not broke. Confident. Not a pushover for women or anyone else. I don't lose control of my emotions. Life experience and a background beyond anyone they've ever met. And I challenge them rather than chase them. Suddenly they are interested in the chase. And I don't make it easy for them. Not because I'm playing hard to get. Because I'm very careful about who I associate with. Women pick up on that.

An older guy can be a mentor, a teacher, a calm safe haven, status they've never experienced, a ticket to a world they've never had access to, a doorway to sexual satisfaction they never felt with man-babies or wimp husbands, a man they actually respect and admire.

I'm not sure what age difference you consider older. My husband is 15 years older than I am. When we got married, I was 22 and he was 37. We had known each other and been friends for 4 years. He fell for me when we first met, but he felt 18 was way too young so it was just work colleagues and friendship. I appreciated his maturity and experience. But mostly, I have just always loved the person he is, first as a friend and then as my partner in life. (And he is hot!)

Im not really for sure. What i have been told is because of the maturity level guys there own age.. can't control there anger or there jealous, do you wanna hang out with your guy friends?

They like the confidence that an overman gives them older men are better lovers and can please them more than once in a session.

Different women have different reasons, but for myself, my girlfriends have valued emotional maturity, wisdom, and stability, rather than money or social status. They wanted a man with more knowledge and experience who could teach them things and introduce them to new experiences.

Certainly that's not true of all women who date older men, but it's true for some portion of them.

My last girlfriend was a lot younger than me. Not looking my age probably helps, but she we got involved because how we ‘clicked’. Peas in a pod kind of thing. She wasn’t there with hands out. Heck, she came bearing gifts and would pick up tabs. Which frankly was a first for me as women I had been in relationships with who were around my age and older NEVER did any of that. No, we were together because we genuinely ‘loved’ one another. Then the lockdowns began which caused her to fall into depression which ended us.

Neither of us were seeking a, “May December” relationship. It just happened. I am pretty sure she dates by feel and not by a check list. Me too, by feel.

When I was your age I didn’t really care about feeling young forever, but in my head I thought older men were more mature, wouldn’t play games, and would be ready to start a family… which is not always the case. Now to be really realistic, men care about physical attractiveness most of the time and you can be pretty and fit, however everyone will age, so being younger than them will at least help you in the sense that you might reduce the chances of them potentially cheating on you.

Like some guys maintain well don't look old n have younger mindset so most 18-19 old don't find them old in first place but resources u obtain with age plays big factor n dynamic stuff like that
Some like to travel , food , xyz n some are homebody u know..

That is part of the equation I'm sure. There is a saying "Better an older man's darling than a younger man's fool". If I took up with an early 20's girl she would be forever young in my eyes.

It is a good basis.

Some younger girls like the maturity of older men and their being established. I've heard a girl say she wasted her time dating men on their potential and advocated dating closer to the finish line.

Maybe, but from what I seen many who seek older man who are in there 50s and 60s is either for money or they have daddy issues.

But I think that feeling will wear off quickly once the man hits his 70 and 80s and all the health problems along with lack of patience come along.

No, I don't think so. Personally, younger women I have dated told me they preferred more mature and experienced men. Some even like graying hair. I think some women even have father issues, or have been mistreated by younger men. Then ofc there are the women who are looking for well-off, usually older guys to take care of them financially!

Depends what you mean by older? We talking 70-60 or 30-40? Because guys that invest in themselves in their Ts - 20s start seeing their rewards in their 30s - 40s from Gym gains, fitness, emotional maturity to Career. And that’s just what Girls like a man that has his things in order. I mean you can’t compare that to an 18 yr old smoking weed in his second hand dusties crying that he had to do chores.
