Is it bad that I have a crush on my boss?

I have a crush on her and not sure how to feel about it or proceed.

Having a crush on her, no. I guess you can't really control those things. But proceeding to act on it depends on different factors. If she's single, there's nothing inherently wrong it it. But getting involved with your boss comes with plenty of risks. Mixing your private life with business can be a recipe for disaster. And yeah, I'm sure there's some type of company policy against it too. Though some work places look the other way as long as it isn't interfering with your duties or any noticable "privilege" over other employees under her supervision.

As the old saying goes "don't shit where you eat" but it's up to you two. So is it bad? Not really. But it's not exactly a good idea either in my opinion.
