Im uncertain on this and appreciate opinions?

I met this guy over the weekend everything was nice there was a spark. We danced together at this event where we met. he's a nice guy, but when he found out my age he said he's currently not interested as he feels lm a little young for him since lm 20 and he's 26. It does intimidate me a little too when l found out. lm not sure what to think of it but appreciate his honesty. Is this bad such an age gap? I feel he’s right but not sure what to think.

Don’t overthink it either he serious or joking one or the other and after 25 men and women are definitely both mentally matured they should be at-least given the life style options they have after that 10 years difference its preference for example

I agree with that as it all depends on the maturity level and preference. And l don’t think 6 years is much of a big difference either as men typically mature more when their older

If you did like him then just show interest in him and then if he brings it up again just be like are you actually serious or joking because if your serious all back off then , i could use that line to joke with a women little younger then me but i state it differently so she knows its a joke in the interaction

It isn't much of an age gap at all, but if he makes a big deal out of that sort of thing, he probably isn't a good match anyway.

It’s not the 6-year gap but the AGE (under 21) that can be daunting, esp for a guy.
