Maybe the person knows the individual and doesn't like his/her personality or knows that they have nothing in common. Or sometimes I see someone that I know most would find attractive, but she doesn't "do it" for me.

Sometimes someone can look good but just isn't attractive to you. There's nothing you can point to that you don't like though. The best example I can think of is the streamer Pokimane. She's very good looking. However, I'm not attracted to her, and I can't say what I don't find attractive about her.
