First of all you have to accept it you have to acknowledge to understand what is really happening right now and why you feel the way you feel


Okay, before you guys got together. You're laying around the house doing your own thing. Kind of bored all the time, blah blah stable. Same old watching t v


Then some guy comes into your life. You start doing things together. You start laughing your life. Changes you start to grow because you're doing new things with somebody and you start catching all these feelings. You have to understand something all those feelings that you feel. They're on the inside of you. He's just opening up the door so you can feel them that's all.
That is who you truly are those feelings right there



So the next thing ISIS we have all of us have energy within us. We are made from energy energy is the thing that gives us our gut feeling our intuition, it's the voice you hear talking to you, when we die our energy will take our soul, our spirit, everything we've done that's. In our heart, our brain and it will take it to wherever. We're supposed to go mint to go.


What you're feeling right now is 2. The loss of new things happening to you. You know you're going back to that boredom but that's your choice only if you want to

There's something else that happens. Sometimes I have broken up with somebody and within a few weeks. I'm good. You know still hurt a little bit but i'm good


But then there's been those times where I break up with somebody. I can't eat. I can't sleep. I can't do anything. I can't function and it happened for over a month. And I just what is going on with me. I'm not like this. I do not sit around and feel sorry for myself. What is happening inside my body


Well, you have to understand something. Our energy is alive are our body. Is our temple? We are made in God's image. Become 1 myself 1 with others, one with this universe. God is this universe? God is energy. Everything on this planet is energy

Sometimes when 2 people get together, their energy is falling in love and there's a break up. They mourn each other. I mean more each other hard. It's so hard for them because it's spirituand with this happens, you cannot function. You cannot do anything you can feel it on the inside of you. And there's like another person in there. That's so sad.


So you need to talk to your energy and say it's okay. You know, as well as I do. There's a reason for it. Acknowledge it and accept it. That's when your energy will start getting better too


Look at life in general everything we do I don't care what it is. Think back about everything you've been through. There's a lesson in it. Everything is a lesson if it's not meant to be, it won't be it's the universe. It's the guide. It's our head if you want something, think about it and be positive about it each and every day, but if you sit around saying it's not gonna work, this is not gonna happen. Blah blah blah. I'm good at hell. Oh, guess what? That's what happens.


So whatever happened between you 2 it happened. Except it acknowledgment and understand there's something better coming. There's always is no matter what so now. Remember this the next time you get in a relationship. Remember this moment right here. When you're reading this and remember it was a lesson. It wasn't meant to be and this is why. Because of the new relationship you're starting

This is probably all hard to understand but remember this and watch and see what happens in your lifetime. It will happen exactly the way I said it and grow from it. Learn from it

Honestly, taking some time to yourself to process your feelings and then flirting/dating someone new.


Making new memories with someone else makes you realise you were just romanticising/idealising one person who you thought you had this incredible connection with; but unless you give yourself another chance, you won’t find anyone better. So best to grieve for a while and then move on.
