It may be difficult unless you also have the night shift, or at least an early morning or late evening shift, because otherwise you could not sleep at the same time as them. That would make it hard to spend time together, even when you are both off of work.

I work in retail so working the night shift is possible for some. However the place where I work has no overnight shift.
