Depends on when they work exactly. I have to be up around 3-3:30 AM every day to be at work by 4:00, so I go to bed early if I didn't get a nap in during the late morning/early afternoon. Seems like there's a good chance this would make it too difficult to do a whole lot together.

Nope. We would never see each other unless they are off weekends. I've been in a relationship where they worked night shift and it was agony.

Night shifts are fun too but it's a reality that it's hard to manage if your partner is in day shift.
