How to stop feeling shy around girls?

I am an introvert and this is one of the reasons why i am still single and never having a relationship. I dont why i feel this way. I dont know what i would say to a girl if I’d approach her.

Here's how -- start asking the names of people you interact with regularly, male and female. For example, I started going to a coffee shop at the same time most weeks. There are two people working when I go in -- a guy who takes my order and a woman who makes it. I asked their names, and when I return I greet them by name. I know the names of the door and bartender at the clubs I frequent. When you have a dozen or so people you greet by name, it won't be hard to chat with a woman you meet. You don't have to have some bullshit line. If she holds eye contact, walk over and say "Hi, I'm..."

Understand whatever image you have in your head, know it's probably NOT going to work out.😆

When you realize how futile dating is with most women, you'll learn to relax and NOT put any undue pressure on yourself. Realize she's a woman, subject to all the crazy goblins in her head that tell her whatever they tell her. When you realize this you'll learn dating a woman comes down to what you're willing to tolerate. And over time you'll learn this.
