We've been seeing each other for years and things are getting weird. He's never responded like this to me. Might I add, yes, we've been having problems. I can sense a shift. The last 2 are backwards

He's just saying I'm good with what ever you want. If you both have been having a hard time then he's saying the last past week wore me out. So I'm good with what ever you want so you should go there and one of you need to say look i love you I want you but when we have a problem we need to deal with it better. And if one of you are wrong and that's what started the whole thing. Then stand up and say hey I was wrong

If I received this text I wouldn't think too much of it honestly, but I dont know about your relationship with him and the "shift" you mention. Maybe he's just busy/stressed and has a lot on his mind. My boyfriend sometimes sends messages like this, and I've called him out on it, only to find out that he's been STRESSED from other things. If I get this from my boyfriend and I know he's stressed, I've learned to just let him be. He sounds like he still wants to see you though! Maybe when you see him and hang out you'll feel more connected and get a feel for whats going on with him? He also might just be "chill" with whatever you want to do and giving you space for you to do your own thing.
